Kia ora Kahikatea krew!
Miss G here! Like some of you, I have busy baking during lockdown. I baked some delicious ANZAC biscuits this afternoon. I left them to cool down as I went to a meeting... when I came back, half had disappeared! I'm off to make some chocolate chip biscuits now and hopefully they'll last a bit longer!!
P.S. If you make or do something to do with ANZAC this week, take some photos ready for Friday :) I am going to try to make ANZAC muffins.
Hi Miss G. Do you have some sneaky gremlins in your house that like eating Anzac biscuits? I will be making some over the weekend and dunking them in a cup of tea when I share them with my family on Anzac Day. I don't have a recipe for Anzac Muffins. Are you going to share it on your blog? I hope so.
